The new partners are:
Chintan Gandhi
Chintan Gandhi joined Aon in 2008. His long-standing clients include a variety of defined benefit (DB) pension schemes in both the UK and overseas that range in size from £700 million to over £15 billion. Chintan is also head of Aon’s Collective Defined Contribution (CDC) specialist team, working with government, regulators, clients and the industry as a whole to develop CDC strategies. He also leads Aon’s relationship with several professional trustees and supports the growth of Aon’s integrated pensions administration business via third-party evaluators in this area of the market.
Dominic Grimley
Dominic Grimley leads bulk annuity transactions within Aon’s Risk Settlement Group. He is one of this market’s most experienced practitioners, having secured future benefits for the members of over 200 pension schemes. Dominic has led the creation of several innovative services that have developed the annuity market. He also manages Aon’s Buyout and Wind-up Services and Insurer Due Diligence service.
Oliver Hamilton
Oliver Hamilton works within The Townsend Group, the real assets advisory business of Aon. He advises institutional investors on real asset solutions and their implementation. Oliver is also responsible for researching European real estate debt funds across Europe, as well as long income and residential funds in the UK. Oliver has substantial investment consulting experience, providing advice to large institutional investors. Before joining Aon in 2012, Oliver was head of manager research at Redington Limited, having started his career at PwC.
John Hardern
John Hardern works in Aon’s Corporate Pension team in St. Albans, providing advice to DB pension schemes, which range in size from £30 million to over £15 billion. John is also co-lead of the National Corporate Consulting team in the UK, advising over 300 UK-based companies on all aspects of pensions and benefits.
Ben Harris
Ben Harris works with integrated and multi-service clients ranging in size from £200 million to £2 billion in both lead advisory and client relationship roles. He has taken on programme management roles in relation to some of Aon’s highest profile and complex GMP equalisation projects. Ben has also held leadership roles within Aon’s trustee advisory business, including leading the St. Albans office-based Trustee Retirement Consulting team since 2017. Ben has over 20 years' experience in the UK pensions industry, including all aspects of pensions management and scheme secretarial outsourcing, as well as client management and pensions consultancy services.
Kelly Hurren
Kelly Hurren leads Aon’s 65-strong UK Member Options team. Under her leadership, the team has developed solutions to combine member options with GMP equalisation, created bridging pension options for members facing an earlier-than-planned retirement and supported schemes to improve the education and advice available to DB and defined contribution (DC) members at retirement. Kelly chairs the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries’ Personal Financial Planning Working Party, which is looking to expand the way in which actuaries' skills can improve financial planning among individuals.
Chris Inman
Chris Inman leads the UK Defined Contribution Investment Advisory service and is a member of the DC Investment Committee. Chris is responsible for ensuring that the investment consulting services provided to DC pension plans in the UK evolve to meet their changing needs and are tailored to the unique requirements of members. Chris also provides thought leadership and expertise, with a focus on translating the best available investment ideas into investable strategies for Aon's DC clients.
Tim Manuel
Tim Manuel co-heads Aon’s Responsible Investment (RI) team and leads on how we consult with clients. Tim also leads the development of our consulting solutions and marketing strategy, and directs thought leadership and content development. Tim is co-chair of Aon’s UK Responsible Investment Committee and a regular contributor to the media, industry research and initiatives designed to advance responsible investment best practice.
Don McKinna
Don McKinna is a member of Aon’s Pension Administration leadership team and leads and directs professional, technical and expert colleagues nationally, including project managers, administration and specialist technical business resources. He is primarily responsible for transformational and revenue projects that are part of strategic business programmes which contribute to Aon’s growth. This includes both internal and client-facing activities, managing processes, disciplines and risks.
Geri McMahon
Geri McMahon joined Aon as a career returner in 2018, and she now co-heads Aon’s Responsible Investment (RI) team, leading development of commercial strategy and Aon’s RI fund offerings. Geri has played a key role in driving the rapid growth of Aon’s RI business, including the launch of the Aon Global Impact Fund last year. Geri is a founding member of Aon’s UK Retirement & Investment Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) Group and is driving change in this area both within Aon and the wider industry.
Claire Morland
Claire Morland leads Aon’s Executive Compensation practice in Europe. Claire acts as a trusted adviser to remuneration committees and management across a portfolio of UK and international clients, with a focus on financial services. Recent advisory work covers remuneration policy and design to help companies create stakeholder value and to manage investor relations aligned to corporate governance and market practice. Claire draws on over 25 years of consulting and in-house HR experience.
Paul Scrivens
Paul Scrivens leads Data & Analytics for Aon's Human Capital Solutions, with a focus on driving digital transformation and innovation across our client data products. Paul joined Aon in 2016 from KPMG, where he gained experience delivering finance transformation programmes for large corporates. He brings a wealth of experience, combining technology, data and change management to help continue driving innovation across Human Capital for Aon’s clients.
Tom Smith
Tom Smith joined Aon's investment practice in 2006. He acts as lead investment adviser to a diverse range of clients in both the public and private sector, encompassing both pension and sovereign reserve funds and with assets ranging from £100 million to over £5 billion. Tom also plays a key part in the formulation and delivery of new investment ideas through his roles on Aon's Advisory Investment Sub-Committee and UK Client Solutions Groups.
