Aria Insurance Services stamps its brand and service promise on international PMI

A unique offer of insurance and assistance on one platform ensuring superior, seamless global service has widened the gap between Aria International Health Solutions and its competitors, and the firm promises to use its new-found independence to open the doors for further innovation in a rapidly evolving global marketplace. The bottom line of the enterprise’s revitalised proposition is a high level of service, supported by an established global presence that is a clear differentiator.

Aria International Health Solutions is initially focused on the business marketplace, where it already has a solid renewing customer base. It provides a fully-managed service for employees of international companies, be they expatriates or locally recruited. Latif Sayani, Managing Director for Insurance Solutions at Aria Insurance Services said: “Our newly-independent status provides a unique platform to consolidate our position as a leading provider. We combine international health insurance cover with our in-house 24/7 global assistance platform. For the customer, that means a one-touch single point of contact, wherever they find themselves around the globe.”

Extending its services to address, for instance, the growing demand for PMI for returning expats, geographically focused services on all five continents, and private individuals’ travel-for-treatment are logical extensions to the service that are easily fulfilled by the Aria IT infrastructure and global partnership network.

Working through an international network of correspondents and brokers, Aria International Health Solutions has unrivalled reach to markets throughout the world with multicurrency trading.

Whether dealing with a medical emergency, which may involve a medical evacuation to the nearest centre of excellence, or routine family medical care, the Aria International Health Solutions single in-house technology platform ensures that cover can be validated immediately, treatment authorised and claims processed quickly.
Aria International Health Solutions will also arrange direct settlement facilities with the chosen medical provider limiting the requirement for customers to pay and then claim. Where payment is made direct by employees, rapid claim reimbursement methods include refunds to debit/credit cards.

“We have endeavoured to cover every angle, from everyone’s viewpoint, from the insured to the medical professionals that help them,” continued Latif Sayani. “The end result is that we are uniquely well-positioned to fulfil our promise to ensure that people of any nationality can focus on their jobs and day-to-day living, and not need to worry about their own or their family’s health when living abroad.

“One call to our skilled contact centre staff is all it takes to put them in touch with someone who speaks their language. All the necessary arrangements will quickly be made for them and will proactively be followed up until the treatment is satisfactorily completed. ”

Aria Insurance Services Limited is the new independent name in insurance and assistance, formed after the management buyout of Europ Assistance UK and Ireland. It is led by Chairman Tim Ablett with Chief Executive Officer Patrick Leroy.

The Aria Group’s growing health and wellbeing offer also includes occupational health management and domiciliary care services, as well as international medical and emergency services for business and private travellers.
