The new partners will take up their leadership positions across a range of the firm’s core business areas, including actuarial consulting, investment consulting, pension administration and IT.
With the promotions taking effect on 1 June, the total number of partners reaches 80, all of whom are equity owners of the business.
The firm’s independent ownership and culture allows it to provide clients with impartial advice backed up by deep industry expertise, which is something it has done for over thirty years. The ability to do this is seen as a particular advantage in today’s financial market where bespoke, unbiased advice is increasingly in demand.
The organisation has also promoted 20 new principals and 24 new associates.

Barnett Waddingham has seen strong growth in the past year and today counts almost one in four FTSE 100 companies among its clients. Notable new ventures include its burgeoning risk advisory service and its high-level work in management decision analytics.
Two partners – Bhargaw Buddhdev and John Harrison – have also retired as of 31 May.
