Alongside the new partners, there are additionally 15 principal and 15 associate promotions across a broad range of business areas, advising trustees, employers, insurers and private clients. With the promotions taking effect on 1 June 2022, the total number of partners reaches 93.
The promotions reflect strong organic growth across the whole business and continued client demand for a broad range of services and expertise. BW’s continued innovation and drive to deliver new services and grow additional business areas in line with its strategic goals is reflected in these promotions.

This year, three long-standing partners will be retiring as planned from 31 May 2022. They are Nick Salter, one of BW’s founding partners and previously Senior Partner from June 2012 to May 2020. Shirley Jackson, who led our Pensions Management team and pensions and insurance longevity risk specialist, Dave Grimshaw.
