Broadstone announces the appointment of Jeremy Clack as a Senior Actuarial Director.

Jeremy has almost 20 years’ experience advising trustees and corporates across schemes ranging between £50 million and £5 billion.

He has advised across a wide variety of funding levels, investment strategies, sponsor ownership structures and covenants as well as across different industries.

He joins Broadstone from Willis Towers Watson where he has spent the majority of his career.

In his new role, Jeremy has taken on a portfolio of Scheme Actuary clients and will sit on Broadstone’s National Strategic Committee to drive the continued growth of the Group’s Consulting & Actuarial business. He will also provide input on developing Broadstone’s rapidly growing proposition strategy.

Jeremy joins the Redditch office and will take responsibility for the strategic direction of its Actuarial team alongside Jo Cummings and Liz Loosmore.

Jeremy Clack, Senior Actuarial Director at Broadstone, commented: “Broadstone is a dynamic, growing business and I am thrilled to be joining the team. Our Consulting & Actuarial division has significantly strengthened its offering recently via a number of acquisitions and service developments, which makes this a very exciting time to come into the business.

“We also benefit from an award-winning administration service which is critical to the management of pension schemes in today’s environment. I am looking forward to adding my experience to trustees and corporates at a challenging time, as well as supporting the division’s leadership and continuing Broadstone’s success in the Midlands and beyond.”

Nigel Jones, Head of Consulting & Actuarial at Broadstone, said: “Jeremy is another industry heavyweight joining the team with great experience in the sector. We are excited to gain from his expert insight both across our wide range of clients, and as Broadstone pursues further commercial growth.”
