Lifestyle Article - Broadstone appoints Kylie Arbon as Head of Transformation

Kylie responsible for integrating the Consulting & Actuarial business to drive further efficiencies and service improvements. Follows period of sustained growth for Broadstone including several acquisitions.

Broadstone, a leading independent pensions and employee benefits consultancy, announces the appointment of Kylie Arbon as its Head of Transformation.

It follows a period of sustained growth for Broadstone which is now a trusted adviser to over 400 trustee boards, including their pension schemes and sponsors. It was voted the UK’s best Third-Party Pensions Administrator in 2022 by its clients with scheme membership ranging from as little as five to as many as 15,000.

The division has also concluded a number of successful acquisitions, most recently including H&C Consulting Actuaries in February 2023.

Kylie will lead the integration of current and future acquisitions within the Consulting & Actuarial business as well as maintaining the full automation of Broadstone’s primary client functions including its Sirius platform. This will help ensure the division operates at the highest level of consistency across its eight offices in the UK to support the very best outcomes for clients and their members.

Kylie will also identify areas of opportunity to implement in order to drive continued performance improvements and establish the framework for future acquisitions.

She brings over 12 years of experience in the pensions industry as an actuary and consultant. Kylie worked at BBS Consultants & Actuaries from 2011 before it was acquired by Broadstone in 2019 so stands in good stead to make a significant contribution to this position.

Kylie Arbon, Head of Transformation at Broadstone, commented: “Broadstone’s journey of growth has supplemented a solid foundation of award-winning client services in the consulting and actuarial space.

“I am excited to be leading the integration and standardisation of our client offering as we continually seek to streamline and improve our capabilities. By reviewing our processes across our UK offices, we will be able to further enhance our working practises and implement these across the wider Group.

“I look forward to integrating our existing acquisitions even closer into the Broadstone model and establishing a framework to welcome more businesses into the Group efficiently and effectively.”

Nigel Jones, Head of Consulting & Actuarial at Broadstone, stated: “As with any fast-growing business, it is important to ensure that we are continually assessing our performance and identifying any synergies or improvements to enhance that.

“Kylie has the energy and experience to ensure we are delivering a consistent service that surpasses the needs of our clients – both now and in the future.”
