Jeremy will provide actuarial and underwriting services to commercial lines insurers and reinsurers, and joins Deloitte from RSA Insurance Group where he was most recently director of Insurance Risk and Portfolio Pricing. He was previously director of Underwriting, Risk and Legacy for RSA’s UK business and has also worked for Zurich Financial Services, and Bacon and Woodrow. With more than 23 years’ experience in actuarial, underwriting and risk roles, he is also a fellow at the Institute of Actuaries.

Gurpreet Johal, insurance partner at Deloitte’s, said:

“I am delighted Jeremy will be joining Deloitte. He has a huge amount of industry experience and is recognised as one of the leading experts in his field. His appointment strengthens our team at a time when one of the key challenges insurers face is ensuring underwriting discipline with the competitive market, data and technology constraints that exist today. Jeremy’s experience will embed analytics and portfolio management at the heart of the services that we offer insurers.”
