Pensions - Articles - Free webinar: a detailed look at assessing your workforce

Do you want to learn how to assess your workers in relation to the new automatic enrolment duties?
Join Susannah Hines, Customer Propositions Manager and Neil Esslemont, Head of Large Employer Communications for a discussion about how to understand this important step in the new employer duties.

This hour long webinar on Tuesday 6 March at 2.00pm will provide you with information about how to assess your workforce and give you an opportunity to pose any questions to the regulator in a live question and answer session.

The Pensions Regulator is the UK regulator of work-based pension schemes. We work with trustees, employers, pension specialists and business advisers to protect members' benefits and encourage high standards in running pension schemes. We are hosting this webinar with the aim of:

helping employers to identify whether a person is a worker
providing employers with an understanding of the definitions of types of workers
equipping employers with the knowledge of determining which pay elements are included or excluded for qualifying earnings
informing employers about their duties for each category of worker
The webinar includes an opportunity at the end of the presentation to pose questions to the regulator, and all participants will receive access to the presentation slides after the session. Please note there is a limit on the number of participants so register now to avoid disappointment.
