In addition, James Leeming has been appointed Director within the Investment Solutions team. |
Ian is a qualified actuary with 22 years’ experience in pensions and investments. He has been a Director at JLT since 2014, leading an expert team specialising in bespoke investment solutions for pension schemes. Prior to this, Ian spent seven years working for the big four accounting firms. In his new role, Ian will be responsible for the strategic direction and growth of JLT’s DB investment business across the UK. Ian will be accountable for the DB services provided to JLT clients within investment consulting, fiduciary management, local authority and buy-in / buy-out. James Leeming joins from Mercer in Manchester where he was Head of Investment Consulting. Stepping into the role of Director, James will be responsible for the delivery of JLT’s Investment Consulting services across a range of clients. His appointment will further enhance JLT’s Investment Solutions team. Mark McNulty, Head of Investment Solutions at JLT Employee Benefits, said: “These appointments reflect our commitment to provide tailored, transparent advice and insights to our clients, helping them to make the complicated world of investments more manageable. Ian brings a wealth of experience to our Investment Solutions team, following a long and successful career within the sector. In this new role, which forms part of a broader department restructure, his knowledge and expertise will prove invaluable to our team as we aim to grow our DB investment business across the UK.”
“The arrival of James Leeming as Director will further empower our Investment Solutions team. James brings extensive investment and actuarial consulting experience and we are delighted to welcome him onboard.” |
