Lifestyle Article - Laura Myers appointed Head of DC at LCP

LCP Partner, Laura Myers, has last month (May) been appointed as Head of Defined Contribution (DC) and will lead the consolidated DC consulting and DC Investment teams which joined forces last year.

LCP’s 35 strong team of DC experts is set to grow under Myers’ management, with further additions to the team coming later this year. The new recruits will help support the DC’s team’s continuing success, with the team advising £15 billion of assets across 120 DC clients.

Prior to her appointment as Head of DC, Myers was Head of DC Investment for the firm.

Commenting on her new role, she says: “I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to lead our growing DC team as we further build on our achievements over the past year. I’m delighted to be leading a dynamic and ambitious team as we continue to develop solutions for our clients, ensuring that they continue to have award winning schemes, and exciting ideas for improving DC savers’ futures.

“It’s an exciting time for our DC team – at our 5th Annual DC conference held this Spring, we had a record-breaking turnout with more than 300 leading individuals from the pensions industry in attendance. I look forward to what this year will bring!”
