As announced earlier this week, Paul Moody will become Head of Marsh-JLT Specialty for the UK & Ireland, reporting to Lucy Clarke, future President of Marsh-JLT Specialty, and to Mr. Lay. The following leaders for Marsh-JLT Specialty in the UK & Ireland will report to Mr. Moody and the corresponding global specialty leaders:
• Peter Elson, currently UK CEO of Aerospace for JLT, will become UK & Ireland CEO of Aviation. Mark Costin, currently UK & Ireland CEO of Aviation and Space for Marsh, will become UK & Ireland Deputy CEO of Aviation.
• Andrew Herring, currently UK & Ireland CEO of Energy & Power for Marsh, will be UK & Ireland CEO of Energy & Power. Rupert Mackenzie, currently UK CEO of Energy for JLT, will become UK & Ireland Deputy CEO of Energy & Power. Andrew Barnes, currently UK Chairman of Energy for JLT, will become UK & Ireland Chairman of Energy & Power.
• Tim Smith, currently UK CEO of Construction at JLT, will become UK & Ireland CEO of Construction and Real Estate. Philip Lazell, currently UK & Ireland CEO of Construction and Real Estate for Marsh, will become UK & Ireland Chairman of Construction and Real Estate.
• Paul Denny, currently UK & Ireland CEO of Financial Lines and Professional Liability (FINPRO) for Marsh, will be UK & Ireland CEO of FINPRO. Sarah Hughes, currently UK CEO of Financial Lines for JLT, will become UK & Ireland Deputy CEO of FINPRO.
• Matt Strong, currently UK CEO of Credit, Political & Security Risk for JLT, will become UK & Ireland CEO of Credit Specialty.
• Andrew Hunt, currently UK & Ireland CEO of Private Equity and Mergers and Acquisitions (PEMA) for Marsh, will be UK & Ireland CEO of PEMA.
• Gordon Longley, currently UK CEO of Marine & Cargo for JLT, will become UK & Ireland CEO of Marine.
