Pensions - Articles - PPF seeks firms to provide specialist administration service


 The Pension Protection Fund (PPF) is setting up a panel of firms to provide specialist services which will help pension schemes complete the PPF assessment period as quickly and effectively as possible.

 This is the next stage of our Assess & Pay programme.

 We are seeking expressions of interest from providers of administration services with the skills and experience to join this panel.

 Successful panel members will be asked to carry out specific core tasks relating to the PPF assessment period, working closely with ourselves, trustees and incumbent firms.

 So that we can make sure applicants meet certain minimum requirements, a pre-qualification questionnaire (PQQ) will be available to all firms expressing an interest on Thursday 22 December and will need to be completed by 5pm on Friday 20 January 2012.

 We realise that resources can be tight over the holiday period so to help you meet our deadlines, please provide a named contact and email address to make sure we send the PQQ to the right person.

 To receive a copy of the PQQ, firms should first send expressions of interest to procurement@ppf.gsi.gov.uk.
