From 1 November 2018, Lesley-Ann will assume the high-level, client-facing role, allowing her to leverage 25 years of investment management experience.
This newly-created role underscores Schroders commitment to working in partnership with its clients and delivering tailored investment solutions which better meet their needs. It also further enhances the management depth and overall expertise of Schroders’ Multi-Asset business.
Lesley-Ann will work in tandem with Johanna Kyrklund, Schroders’ Global Head of Multi-Asset Investments, leading on strategic partner engagement efforts and sharing our unique market insights, while ensuring Johanna continues to focus on delivering investment performance for clients.

Lesley-Ann draws on a wealth of experience having held a number of senior roles at Schroders, most recently its Global Head of Retirement and Defined Contribution (DC).
Neil Walton, Head of Investment Solutions, will oversee Schroders global retirement and DC responsibilities going forward.

She joined Schroders in 2011 as a Senior Strategist before becoming Head of Global Strategic Solutions in 2012, where she focused on designing investment solutions for Schroders’ clients globally.
Before joining Schroders, Lesley-Ann was a Senior Investment Consultant and Partner at Willis Towers Watson from 1993 to 2011.
Schroders’ Multi-Asset team employs over 100 people throughout the US, Europe and Asia Pacific, with £104.2 billion[1] of assets under management.
