Investment - Articles - Schroders team announces further hires


Schroders Multi-Asset Portfolio Solutions team, the team which manages investors' exposures to both growth and liability risk to help acheive desired investment outcomes, is today annoucing two newly created roles to support the further expansion of the business.

 Andrew Lim joins as a Solutions Manager focusing specifically on liability risk from Towers Watson where he worked for seven years as an Investment Consultant in the Structured Products team advising on the structure and implementation of LDI strategies for defined benefit pension schemes. Andrew will work closely with new and existing clients and their advisers to understand their requirements and objectives and translate these into effective portfolios and strategies. Andrew will report to Ross Pritchard, Head of LDI Solutions Management.
  
 Tara Jameson joins as Solutions Manager focusing on growth risk management, reporting to Pedro Moura, Product Specialist, Portfolio Solutions Risk Managed Investments. Tara is transferring internally from the UK Institutional Distribution team.
  
 Andrew Connell, Head of Portfolio Solutions, commented:
 “As solutions business we require a well-resourced team of solution managers to ensure that we build investment strategies that deliver each investor’s desired investment outcome. These appointments ensure we will continue to deliver on both our investment and client service goals.”
  
 Schroders Multi-Asset and Portfolio Solutions business manages £75.5 billion (as at 30 June 2015) on behalf of its clients globally.
