Willis Towers Watson announces the launch of Willis Towers Watson Securities, previously known as Willis Capital Markets & Advisory (WCMA).

 Willis Towers Watson Securities is a leading investment banking boutique focused exclusively on the insurance industry. The new brand will consolidate all broker-dealers across the Willis Towers Watson group to offer clients seamless access to a comprehensive and integrated suite of securities products and solutions.

 Its broad range of services will combine unparalleled industry knowledge with analytical expertise, including strategic advisory, capital raising and insurance-linked securities. The comprehensive suite of services is based on first-rate insurance M&A and capital markets execution capabilities in concert with: analytical, actuarial, brokerage, rating agency and risk management consulting services.
